Account information: email address and password when you create an account.
Profile data: your display name, industry, and preferences provided during onboarding.
Usage data: how you interact with the platform, including sources tracked, insights generated, and features used.
Payment information: processed securely through Yoco. We do not store your card details directly.
Content data: URLs and social media profiles you submit for tracking and analysis.

To generate AI-powered insights and intelligence briefings using Anthropic Claude AI.
To process payments and manage your subscription through Yoco.
To personalize your experience based on your industry and preferences.
To communicate important updates about the service.
To improve and optimize our platform and user experience.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with encryption at rest and in transit.
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits.
Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and automated systems required to deliver the service.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Yoco: Payment processing for subscriptions. Yoco handles all payment card data securely under PCI DSS compliance.
Supabase: Database hosting and authentication services. Data is processed in accordance with their privacy policy.
Anthropic (Claude AI): AI analysis of tracked content. Content is processed for generating insights and is not used for model training.
Apify: Web scraping services for publicly available content from URLs you provide for tracking.
ElevenLabs: Voice synthesis for the AI agent feature. Voice interactions are not stored permanently.

Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You can update your personal information through your account settings.
Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format.
Objection: You can object to processing of your data for specific purposes.
These rights apply in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable privacy laws.
